Computer Glasses II
Computer Glasses is compatible with Snow Leopard (10.6) and higher.
Computer Glasses II lets you magnify a portion of the screen to read fine print or magnify an image.
Click here to see Point N See, another way to magnify a portion of the screen.
Above is what you see when you launch Computer Glasses II. The smaller window on the left is the Control Panel and the larger window is the Display window which displays a magnified area around the mouse. The above image uses the default Magnification of x3 and default Display Window Width of 300 pixels. Drag the Control Panel somewhere out of the way on the display.
The Control Panel's top slider sets the Display Window's Magnification (x2, x3, x4, x5 and x6). The bottom slider sets the Display Window's width (200, 300, 400, 500, and 600 pixels). The Display Window's height is proportional to the width.
Above is an image with the Magnification set for x6 and the Display Window's width set for 600 pixels.
When you move the Control Panel, the Display Window stays to the right of the Control Panel and lines up with the bottom of the Control Panel.
The Control Panel's position and settings are saved between sessions.
